We operate with three key values at the core of everything we do. They are:

  1. Listening to understand – We believe that every person’s story has value and every person’s perspective is valid. Before we give input, we want to know where things are at right now, whatever your role or level of experience. We believe that imposing a 'one size fits all' approach is not helpful, as everyone's experience is different, but taking account of people's differences and unique situation allows for real solutions to problems. 

  2. Speaking to encourage – In education the tendency can be to give feedback on what people aren’t doing well yet, and this leaves us discouraged and despondent, reducing our ability to actually make that change. We will always seek to highlight what you are doing well before offering constructive criticism, as this builds the best foundation for developmental feedback.

  3. Committed to challenging – If we see something that isn’t right, whether it’s one person’s unhelpful thought process or a whole school system that isn’t working, we will speak it out to the appropriate people and support them in making a change. This will enable real change to be made in the lives of the educators and the students they lead.
